By accessing and using Beatwriting ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Beatwriting is an IELTS Writing evaluation service that provides automated scoring and feedback for Task 1 and Task 2 essays. Our service analyzes your writing and provides suggestions for improvement based on IELTS scoring criteria.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Beatwriting, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering
  • Submit original work for evaluation
  • Use the service for educational purposes only
  • Not attempt to manipulate or misuse the evaluation system
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Not share account credentials with others

4. Paid Services

Beatwriting offers both free and paid subscription options:

  • Paid subscribers enjoy unlimited evaluations
  • All payments are processed securely through our payment providers
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

5. Intellectual Property

Regarding intellectual property:

  • You retain ownership of all content you submit for evaluation
  • Beatwriting owns the evaluation algorithms, scoring systems, and feedback mechanisms
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our proprietary evaluation methods
  • The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use

6. Service Limitations

Please understand that:

  • Our evaluation scores are estimates and not official IELTS scores
  • Beatwriting is not affiliated with official IELTS organizations
  • Final IELTS scores are determined by official test centers
  • We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee perfect evaluation

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:
